About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Facilities Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator who will support the procurement team in sourcing, contracting, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. You will play a key role in maintaining procurement systems, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the procurement function.

This role will be part of our facilities management business, which oversees work for leading organisations across the public and private sectors worldwide. You will report to the UK-based central procurement and supply chain management (SCM) function.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement with some travel to client offices.

  • Support strategic procurement activities, including sourcing and assisting in the development of our preferred supplier programme, working closely with procurement and cross-functional teams.
  • Promote ethical and sustainable procurement practices including social value, supplier diversity, and tackling modern slavery.
  • Assist with procurement documentation, including contracts, change control records, and tendering (RFX) support.
  • Coordinate supplier communications, including obtaining quotations, negotiating pricing, supporting mobilisation, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support supplier onboarding by gathering required information and liaising with internal teams (Operations, Finance, QHSE) to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with supply chain mobilisation, stabilisation, and transformation phases of a new account life cycle.
  • Maintain a supplier directory and contract register, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Keep accurate records of pricing and supplier contacts on SharePoint portals to ensure information is current and accessible.
  • Monitor and support Power BI reports that provide insights into supplier performance and cost management.
  • Support supplier QBR sessions to track performance and follow up with meeting minutes and action items.
  • Prepare procurement reports and analysis for internal and external management reviews.
  • Stay up to date with best practice and regulations within the industry.
  • Coordinate communication of supply chain updates and best practices across the business.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within the Facility Management (FM) sector—a distinct advantage—with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and procurement platforms (highly advantageous).
  • A related degree qualification (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and effective planning abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work as a collaborative team player, while also being capable of working autonomously, remotely, and flexibly.
  • A commitment to multiculturalism and diversity in the workplace.
  • Proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and suppliers, while providing collaborative support within the team and across functions.
  • A proactive attitude, eager to advance your career and embrace growth opportunities within the company.
