Project Manager (Facilities Procurement) 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a key strategic initiative: the consolidation of all outsourced maintenance activities into a single Facilities Management (FM) provider. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver long-term value across our estate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of comprehensive asset registers across all sites to support the RFP process Manage the full end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including RFP development, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and vendor onboarding Collaborate closely with the wider Facilities Management team, providing support and expertise where needed

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance activities Proven experience in procurement or supply chain, with a focus on facilities management services Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively partner with facilities, finance, and legal teams Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, contract management, and vendor management, ensuring agreements deliver value and performance
Desirable Qualifications
Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Facilities Management, or a related field.
