Facilities & Property Coordinator
Northern Ireland (Omagh / Enniskillen / Strabane Area)

We're supporting a growing healthcare recruitment and supported living provider across Northern Ireland in the search for a Facilities & Property Coordinator. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for ensuring properties are safe, compliant, fully equipped, and ready to support service users across the organization's supported living portfolio.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out on the road, solving problems, coordinating multiple tasks, and ensuring everything is in place behind the scenes to support high-quality service delivery.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring properties are fully equipped, safe, compliant, and ready for occupation. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external partners, you'll play a key role in supporting new property mobilizations and ongoing property management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Facilities Coordination
- Ensure properties are fully furnished, equipped, and prepared for occupancy
- Coordinate utilities including electricity, gas, water, broadband, and other essential services
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and property partners to ensure properties remain safe and fit for purpose
- Arrange and oversee property cleans, maintenance works, and repairs
- Conduct regular property visits and inspections
- Purchase and coordinate household items, equipment, and supplies as required
- Ensure all properties remain operational and ready to support service delivery

Compliance & Health & Safety
- Complete property audits and compliance checks
- Ensure documentation is maintained in line with company policies and CQC requirements
- Coordinate Legionella testing and maintain associated records
- Monitor electrical safety certificates and other statutory documentation
- Arrange home safety checks and support fire safety compliance
- Ensure health and safety equipment is in place and maintained
Administration & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate property, compliance, and operational records
- Monitor and action property-related correspondence
- Support invoice tracking and supplier administration
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Produce reports and maintain records across multiple sites

Vehicle & Equipment Coordination
- Source and coordinate vehicles when required
- Liaise with vehicle suppliers and mobility providers
- Manage vehicle-related issues during hire periods
- Coordinate the setup of mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and other equipment
- Liaise with IT providers to ensure equipment is operational and available when needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience within facilities coordination, property coordination, housing, maintenance administration, supported living, or a similar environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Valid Driver's License and own vehicle, willingness to travel across the various locations
