Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities / Building Supervisor for a highly regarded venue in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.
Role: Facilities / Building Supervisor
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Hours: Thursday - Sunday, 08:00 - 16.45 (32 hours)
Salary: 30,020 (which includes weekend allowance)
Contract: Minimum of 6 months (temp) with the view of extension
Experience / Skills Required
- Experience within building/facilities management
- Knowledge of building security operations and handling issues associated with this
- Flexible when it comes to working days/hours including working weekends which is essential

Key Duties
- Organising and overseeing the work of staff within the building
- Providing advice and support to team members to ensure effective performance
- Managing and resolving routine customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Undertaking daily statutory and non-statutory checks to ensure compliance with health and safety (H&S) policies
- Maintaining a safe working environment in line with organisational standards and regulations
- Overseeing function management and monitoring events, including extended working hours and weekends where required
- Carrying out general maintenance duties and supporting office management tasks
