Site Lead
The Site Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence across the site, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, strong team performance, and the successful delivery of business objectives. This role provides leadership across all site activities, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Develop, motivate, and mentor site teams, creating a high-performance culture focused on engagement and results.
- Drive operational efficiency through effective resource planning, process improvement, and performance management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and support business growth objectives.
- Manage site budgets, operational planning, and resource allocation to optimise performance and control costs.
- Ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard, addressing operational challenges and resolving escalated issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives where required.
- Champion health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all site activities.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience within a site, operations, facilities, logistics, or service-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of operational management, process optimisation, workforce planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and deliver measurable business results.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and operational performance metrics.
- Knowledge of licensing and compliance management.
- Strong understanding of the sports, leisure, retail, or customer-focused environment is advantageous.
- Agile and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond effectively to changing operational demands and priorities.
