Facilities Team Leader

HMP Manchester | £35,143 - £41,341 | 39 Hours per Week between 08:00 - 17:00 (early finish Friday) | 1 in 4 Weekends (+ 15% shift allowance)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting facilities teams across site
  • Ensuring service standards and compliance targets are met
  • Managing engineers, contractors and daily workloads
  • Building strong relationships with HMPPS stakeholders
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety and security
  • Supporting environmental and zero-carbon initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Facilities or Estates Management experience
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of H&S and compliance
  • Good IT skills and experience managing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and contractors
  • IOSH and CAFM experience desirable
  • Facilities Management qualifications are advantageous
