About the Role & Team
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Facilities Team Leader to join our team at Jubilee Park Campus. The key responsibilities include:
- Organising and supervising the Building Attendant and Cleaning Teams
- Inspecting building infrastructure for maintenance issues and reporting them
- Ensuring adequate supplies of consumables for teaching and conferences
- Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms to a high standard
- Overseeing the locking and unlocking of designated building areas, issuing/receiving keys from staff and contractors
- Adhering to relevant policies and procedures
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, managing face-to-face, phone, and email enquiries
- Maintaining cleaning standards and supervising, training, and inducting the cleaning team
- Conducting appraisal conversations where required

Key Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar customer-facing environment
- Experience supervising staff
- Relevant cleaning experience
- Desirable skills:
- Basic maintenance experience
- Knowledge of fire and security alarm systems
Additional Notes
- Role may be physically demanding, but lifting aids and full training will be provided.
Hours of Work
- 36.25 hours per week
- 5 days per week with occasional weekends (1.45 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Permanent full-time post with a 15% weekend pay supplement
