Are you a motivated leader with a passion for creating safe, welcoming environments that make a real difference to patient care?

As a Facilities Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring hospital wards and departments operate smoothly by leading catering, cleaning, laundry, and portering services.

This is an opportunity to combine people management, operational leadership, and customer-focused service delivery in a role where your work directly supports patients, colleagues, and visitors every day. You'll lead a dedicated facilities team, drive high standards across multiple services, and help create an environment where exceptional care can thrive.
