The Role
As a Facilities Technician, You’ll
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance across various facilities and building systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while completing maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and manage their performance for efficient operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Support the achievement of monthly KPIs and respond to out-of-hours emergencies.

You
To be successful in the role of Facilities Technician, you’ll bring:
- NVQ Level 2 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in facilities or industrial maintenance, especially HVAC and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems and health and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
