Facility Manager
Facility Manager – Singapore
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. On behalf of our reputed client in the Facilities Management sector (Singapore), we are hiring skilled professionals for the role of Facility Manager. Positions are limited—apply early if you meet the requirements below.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations to ensure uninterrupted building services
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and service contracts
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
- Conduct facility inspections and implement corrective actions
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements

Required Skills
- Facility Operations Management (end-to-end building operations)
- Vendor Management (handling contractors and service agreements)
- Maintenance Planning (preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling)
- Budget Management (cost control and financial monitoring)
- Safety & Compliance (regulatory adherence)
Preferred Skills
- CAFM/FM software knowledge
- Experience in energy management and sustainability initiatives
- Multi-site facility management experience

Work Experience Requirements
- Typical: 5–10 years in facility management, building operations, or property management
- Preference given for experience in vendor management, maintenance teams, budget oversight, and compliance activities
Education
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related field
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree
- Professional Certification (e.g., IFMA, FMP, CFM, NEBOSH, IOSH)
