Factory Cleaner – Large Manufacturing Facility (Britsafe)
Reliable and hardworking Factory Cleaners needed to join our trusted team at a large manufacturing site. This role offers the opportunity to become part of a well-established cleaning team dedicated to upholding rigorous standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism in a high-volume industrial environment.
The Role
You’ll work alongside others in a structured cleaning team to ensure immaculate standards are maintained across:
- Toilets and washroom facilities
- Canteens and dining areas
- Staff break rooms
- Internal walkways and communal spaces
- Welfare facilities and shared areas

This is a fast-paced large-scale production environment, meaning each shift demands considerable movement and activity. Reasonable fitness and comfort working on your feet for extended periods are essential for this role.
Shift Details
Full-time commitment (30 hours per week):
- Shift times: Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (06:00–10:00)
- Hourly rate: £13.10 per hour
- Additional shifts are regularly available to support team colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who:
- Take pride in exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail
- Are reliable, punctual and hardworking, with a self-motivated approach
- Work effectively within a team while maintaining accountability
- Are comfortable in busy industrial or factory environments
- Can sustain prolonged physical activity (elevated walking and movement)
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, though not mandatory – full training will be provided
