Monday to Friday | Day Shift | Early Finish Every Friday
Are you looking for a full-time role with consistent hours and an early finish every Friday? We're recruiting Factory Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team in a busy production environment, with ongoing work and the potential for a long-term position.

- Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
- Carrying out basic assembly tasks following work instructions
- Operating production machinery (full training provided)
- Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch
- Completing quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous factory, production, manufacturing, or packing experience is beneficial but not essential
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
- Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
- Willingness to learn and follow health and safety procedures
