Factory Operative - Maldon, Essex (Outskirts) - NIGHT SHIFT
£13.71 per hour | Temporary - Ongoing | Monday to Friday | 5:00pm - 4:00am
Own transport is essential due to the location of the site.
Prime Appointments are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a busy manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Maldon. This is a temporary ongoing position working the night shift, offering consistent hours with the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced production environment.

As a Factory Operative, Your Duties Will Include
- Assembling products to company specifications
- Using adhesives and basic machinery as part of the production process
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Handling materials safely and efficiently
- Supporting general production and factory duties
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised
The Ideal Factory Operative Will Have
- Previous manufacturing and production experience, although full training will be provided
- Able to work Night Shifts
- A good eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- The ability to work well within a busy factory environment
- Own transport due to the rural location
