We’ve recently invested over £3 million in state-of-the-art technology, including:
- High-definition plasma cutters
- Fibre laser machines
- Advanced steel processing systems

Shift Pattern
Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00 (With enhanced pay between 06:00–08:00)
Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00 (With enhanced pay between 16:00–22:00)
Shifts alternate weekly.
Once trained, you’ll earn £14.42 per hour (enhanced to up to £16/hour) based on a 37.5-hour week, with progression opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
We’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals eager to learn, grow, and be part of something meaningful. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential—passion and willingness to get stuck in and learn are key.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manual handling and physical labour
- Moving and positioning steel components
- Operating cranes and other factory equipment
