We are recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing and production company based in Maldon, Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop new skills in a temporary position with long-term permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities Of The Factory Operative
- Carrying out basic assembly work
- Using hand tools safely and effectively
- Palletising finished products
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Supporting the wider production team as required
Requirements
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A good level of physical fitness, with the ability to bend, twist and carry out manual lifting
- A reliable, hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn
- The ability to remain on your feet throughout the working day
