Prime Appointments have a new opportunity to be working with a well-known independent Food Product manufacturer in the Earls Colne area, who are looking for a Factory Operative on a Temp to Perm basis.

This role would suit someone with previous experience in Food Production or Packing.

Please be aware, applicants will need their own transport due to location.

Duties of the Factory Operative

  • Packing the final product
  • Completing Paperwork
  • Quality checking at the end of production
  • Assisting in high care area when needed
  • Carry out visual quality checks of product
  • Minimising rejection by implementing good manufacturing practices
  • Insuring daily targets are met
  • Following food safety procedures

The ideal Factory Operative

  • Experience in Food Manufacturing or Packing essential
  • Great attention to detail
  • Own transport due to location
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
