Field Application Director – Semiconductor IP | Remote (EU/UK)

Location: UK, France, Spain, Netherlands, or Czechia – remote in one of these countries

Travel: 30-40% internationally

My client is a rapidly growing semiconductor IP company developing cutting-edge silicon IP for next-generation AI and high-performance computing. They’re looking for a Field Application Director to lead an established FAE team across Europe and APAC, driving technical strategy, customer success, and major design wins.

  • Relevant technical degree, or equivalent, in electronic engineering
  • Leadership experience managing Field Applications Engineers
  • Strong semiconductor, SoC architecture, or silicon IP background
  • Knowledge of digital design flow, ASIC, RTL, architecture, etc.
  • Customer-facing experience across pre and post-sales
