Field Application Director – Semiconductor IP | Remote (EU/UK)
Location: UK, France, Spain, Netherlands, or Czechia – remote in one of these countries
Travel: 30-40% internationally

My client is a rapidly growing semiconductor IP company developing cutting-edge silicon IP for next-generation AI and high-performance computing. They’re looking for a Field Application Director to lead an established FAE team across Europe and APAC, driving technical strategy, customer success, and major design wins.

What We’re Looking For
Get help with your application

- Relevant technical degree, or equivalent, in electronic engineering
- Leadership experience managing Field Applications Engineers
- Strong semiconductor, SoC architecture, or silicon IP background
- Knowledge of digital design flow, ASIC, RTL, architecture, etc.
- Customer-facing experience across pre and post-sales
