Failure Analysis shift technician to join the FA team working back-end nights (12hrs: 7pm-7am; Wed, Thu, Fri & every other Saturday).

This position is a key member of the Failure Analysis team, responsible for performing physical and structural analysis of wafers/samples using Optical microscope, SEM, FIB, Plasma etcher and EDX. Full training will be provided on dayshift (Mon-Fri).

Key Duties:

  • Performing SEM cross sections and imaging
  • Performing cross sections using FIB
  • Analysing wafers/samples with EDX
  • Performing wafer de-processing using wet chemicals and/or plasma etcher
  • Performing optical inspections
  • Maintain Failure Analysis and chemical laboratory

Required:

  • Ability to work effectively in teams and on own initiative
  • Methodical, well-organised with ability to multitask
  • Highly motivated, results and customer service oriented
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft office
