Children's Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner

Hours:

Part-time (17 hours) per week

Salary (Full time):

£26,383.08 per year

Location:

Swansea

Duration:

Fixed term - until 31st March 2027 and subject to future funding.

Job Description:

Faith in Families is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Children's Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner to join their team in Swansea.

Do you have experience supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, attachment difficulties, or emotional wellbeing challenges?

You'll provide trauma-informed 1-2-1 and group support, helping children build resilience, regulate emotions, and achieve positive outcomes.
