About the Role
PTSG Access & Safety is the UK’s leading provider of façade access and fall protection services, lightning protection, electrical testing, specialist building access, and fire solutions. Our Fall Arvest Installations (FAI) division specialises in installing fall protection systems on new build developments and refurbishment projects across the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Fall Protection Installer to join our growing team and take responsibility for installations on site.
Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Fall Protection Installer, you will:
- Lead installation works on construction sites
- Supervise Assistant Engineers
- Liaise with Site Managers and clients
- Install fall protection systems, including:
- Mansafe
- Safety line systems
- Ensure installations comply with:
- Method statements
- British Standards
- Complete installation reports and site documentation
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Experience installing fall protection systems
- Experience working at height
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS / IOSH certification (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage installations on site independently
