About the Role
Our Team Members are the ambassadors of our business—here to make every visit exceptional. If you thrive in fast-paced, interactive environments and want to inspire the next generation while delivering engaging, safe, and premier activities, we want you on board!
As a Family Activity Supervisor, your primary focus will be on:
- Leading a structured and energetic team in delivering children’s activities with maximum child participation.
- Developing and executing Core Club Programmes, Holiday Active Programmes, and private children’s parties.

About You
Qualifications & Competencies
- A qualification in teaching, childcare, or sports coaching
- Proven ability to lead and manage energetic groups of children with confidence, dynamism, and outstanding customer service
- Deep commitment to child safety—adherence to the David Lloyd Children's Safety Guide at all times
