About the Role
Due to an influx of work and recognition of the huge opportunities for growth, an opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading law firms in Cornwall and Devon as an Apprentice Secretary in the Family Law Department.

In this role, you will support our Family Law team, provide essential administrative and secretarial support while developing the foundations for a long-term career in law.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Family Law team
- Assist with preparing documents, correspondence, and court bundles
- Manage diaries, appointments, and client communications
- Maintain accurate filing systems
- Support general office tasks
Requirements
- A strong interest in starting a career in a professional office environment
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn
- A minimum of 5 x GCSEs, which must include English and Maths at grade 4/C or above

Location: Ideally St Austell or Truro
Hours:
- Full-time position: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday
