Family Associate Solicitor

About The Role

We’re seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for our Family team in our Bath or Bristol office, to join our ambitious and growing family team who are recognised in Chambers and Legal 500. They are active members of Resolution on a regional and National basis and have a strong presence across the South West and beyond.

Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including:

A variety of privately funded work, in particular finances on divorce, children matters, and assisting unmarried couples Providing a first-class service to clients through effective handling of their files (under supervision as appropriate) Providing expert advice to clients in accordance with your technical area of specialism

Whilst this role is based in Bath/Bristol there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners based at our other offices.

About You

We’re extremely proud of the relationship we’ve built with our clients and referrers, being recognised as their trusted legal partner. It’s important to us that you have the right blend of skills to service their needs and develop new relationships:

Minimum 3 years PQE Law Degree or equivalent qualification Minimum 2:1 degree or demonstration of competency at that level or above Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills Commercially aware with strong business acumen Able to business develop in own area of specialism, and on behalf of other work areas Team player, whose personal ambition is expressed through team achievement
