What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a thriving Private Family team.
- Managing a high-quality caseload including divorce, finances, children matters and cohabitation disputes.
- Mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
- Driving business development and growing the department.
- Working alongside supportive Partners with full autonomy.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with solid private family law experience.
- Someone ready to step into their first Head of Department role or an established leader seeking a new challenge.
- Strong technical ability with a commercial mindset.
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others and building client relationships.
