Family Law Solicitor

Family Law Solicitor

Salary & Benefits £34,000 to £48,000 (dependent on experience), plus up to £15,600 in performance incentives (paid quarterly) and excellent benefits (Work Level 6A). Locations: Manchester City Centre, Bristol, Stratford-Upon-Avon, or Sheffield – hybrid working (home + one day a week in office).

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Newly Qualified (NQ) and Associate Solicitors to join our growing Family Law team at Co-op LegalServices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing family caseloads end-to-end with a client-focused approach
  • Drive negotiations to secure the best outcomes for clients
  • Maintain accurate records in our case management system
  • Meet individual and team targets for billable hours and profit costs
  • Draft, audit legal documents, and gestion correspondence

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified as a Solicitor or CILEX qualified
  • Private family law experience (full or part-funded)
  • Proven ability to hit billing and chargeable targets
