Family Law Solicitor | Liverpool (Wallasey)
Are you an experienced Family Law Solicitor looking to join a firm where you'll have genuine autonomy, a varied caseload, and the opportunity to build your career within a supportive team?
I'm working with a well-established and highly respected law firm based in Wallasey, just outside Liverpool, that is looking to expand its Family Department with the addition of an experienced solicitor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team where your expertise will be valued, your development supported, and you'll make a real difference to the lives of your clients.
The Role
You'll manage your own caseload across a broad range of family law matters, including:

- Public Law, including pre-proceedings and Care Proceedings
- Private Law applications, including Child Arrangements, Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps Orders
- Domestic Abuse matters, including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Cohabitation disputes
About You
- Qualified Family Law Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
- Strong experience across both public and private family law
- Confident managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion
- Experienced advocate with strong court skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client care
