Family Law Solicitor | Wallasey

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join a well-established and respected firm in Wallasey.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys a varied caseload, wants to work as part of a supportive team, and is looking for a role where they can have real ownership of their matters and make a genuine difference to clients.
You’ll be dealing with a broad range of family law work, including:
- Public Law matters, including pre-proceedings and Care Proceedings
- Private Law applications, including Child Arrangements, Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps
- Domestic Abuse work, including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
- Divorce, financial matters and cohabitation disputes

What they’re looking for:
- A qualified Family Law Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
- Strong experience across both public and private family law
- Someone confident managing their own caseload from start to finish
- Good advocacy skills with solid court experience
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
