Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a Family Law team in Liverpool
- Build and develop high-quality caseloads and client bases
- Advise on:
- Divorce
- Financial remediation
- Private child matters
- Handle complex, privately-funded work for high-value clients
- Drive business development and establish a strong regional market presence
- Take ownership of office growth, including recruitment and team structure
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership around strategy, performance, and expansion
- Mentor and develop junior and senior lawyers
Requirements
- Senior Family Solicitor or Partner with a track record from a reputable law firm
- Strong technical expertise in private family law
- Proven leadership experience or readiness to take on a Head of Office role
- Well-connected in the Liverpool/wider North West market
- Commercially sharp with exceptional client relationship skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a clear focus on growth and business development
