Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm for a Family Solicitor to join their expanding Family Law department on a permanent basis.
📍 Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
💰 Salary: £38,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)
📄 Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor through to a Solicitor with up to 5 years' PQE to join a supportive and growing Family Law team. The firm has an excellent reputation across Greater Manchester for providing high-quality legal services and offers genuine career progression alongside flexible hybrid working.

As a Family Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of privately funded family law matters while delivering practical and compassionate legal advice to clients during what can often be challenging circumstances.
Responsibilities as a Family Solicitor:
- Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Advising clients on divorce and separation proceedings.
- Handling financial remedy matters and resolving matrimonial finance disputes.
- Managing private children matters, including Child Arrangements Orders and Specific Issue Orders.
- Drafting cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
- Representing clients at hearings where appropriate and instructing counsel when required.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering an exceptional standard of client care.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the Family department.
