Family Law Solicitor / Partner – Cardiff – Up to £150k + Benefits
A leading national Legal 500 firm is seeking an ambitious Family Law Solicitor / Partner in Cardiff to play a pivotal role in establishing and growing its new office. This is a rare opportunity to build a high-performing team from the ground up, offering the autonomy and backing to shape a new regional presence within a highly regarded national platform.
This Family Law Solicitor / Partner role in Cardiff is ideally suited to a commercially astute lawyer with strong experience across privately funded family work, particularly complex financial remedy matters involving high-net-worth individuals, business assets, and trusts. You will be instrumental in setting the direction of the team, driving client acquisition, and developing a strong market presence across South Wales.

The Role:
Lead and manage a Family Law team in Cardiff Advise on divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters Handle complex, privately funded cases for HNW clients Drive business development and establish a strong presence in the Cardiff/South Wales market Play a key role in office growth, including recruitment and team build-out Work closely with senior leadership on strategy and performance Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners
