Family Law Solicitor
Family Law Solicitor – NQ & Associate Roles
£34,000 to £48,000 (dependant on experience) plus up to £15,600 in performance incentives (paid quarterly) and excellent benefits (Work Level 6A) Locations: Manchester City Centre, Bristol, Stratford-Upon-Avon or Sheffield Working Model: Hybrid (one day a week on-site)

Key Responsibilities
You’ll take full ownership of a variety of family law matters, including:
- Negotiating on behalf of clients to secure the best outcomes
- Working within our case management system to record all details accurately
- Ensuring you meet individual and team chargeable time and profit targets
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and correspondence for accuracy
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for experienced and passionate solicitors (or CILEX-qualified individuals) with:
- Qualification & experience:
- Solicitor qualification (or equivalent) with hands-on experience in privately-funded family law matters
- Performance-driven attitude:
- Proven ability to hit chargeable and billing targets consistently
- Practical skills:
- Strong familiarity with case management systems and core office software
- Attention to detail, allowing for precise and professional drafting
- Soft skills & resilience:
- Excellent relationship-building and client service skills
- Ability to work collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Resilience with a g growth mindset and adaptability to change
