We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Mirasol Family Health Center. Who We Are Looking For
- A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine
- An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel
Position Details
- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 0.75 FTE (30 hours per week)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Operational Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Highlights
- New Hire Guarantee: $242,208
- Hiring Bonus of $22,500
- Relocation assistance of $15,000
- Student loan debt? We’ll offer you $37,500 in assistance
- $1,125 monthly housing/auto stipend for 1 year ($13,500 total)
- $37,500 annual geographical pay

Qualifications
- You must complete an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program to be considered for this position.
