What we're looking for:
- Senior Solicitor or Senior Lawyer ready to take the next step to Partner, but feeling held back by a lack of progression opportunities.
- Or a Partner in a traditional firm, frustrated at not being an equity partner or not being adequately rewarded.
- Commercially minded, ambitious, and keen to build on your expertise.
- Experience in high-value financial and/or complex children work, with the ability to bring in and convert new clients while leading from the front.
- Located in a commutable distance to any of our South West England offices, Oxford, or Cardiff office. We work 80% from home and 20% in the office - you control how this looks.
