Family Physician (Full-Time) – Integrated Health Centre Role
About The Health Centre
Our Health Centre, opened in September 2023, is a purpose-built, multidisciplinary clinic in North Surrey, designed to provide holistic, trauma-informed, gender-focused, and culturally safe care to vulnerable women and children living in deep poverty, often with complex care needs.
The Centre integrates primary care, mental health, allied health, physiotherapy, dentistry, and nutrition under one roof, offering direct access to social services and partnerships with community organisations. The environment is designed to foster stable and healthy futures for patients.
This role is part of a fully integrated care team, supporting whole-person care and ensuring every patient feels safe, valued, respected, and valued. The aim is to expand access to primary care and improve its quality for women and children facing systemic marginalisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care as a Family Physician (1.0 FTE), including:
- Diagnosing and treating medical conditions
- Administering evidence-based treatments
- Delivering long-term follow-up care
- Supporting prevention, health maintenance, and patient empowerment in a team-based shared care model

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
