Role and Facility Information

The Community Health Centre is looking for a full/part time family physician to cover one of our providers who will be going on a maternity leave in July.

Clinic Information

  • The Clinic is open Monday-Friday from 9-5 but we can accommodate weekends and after hours if desired.
  • The current pay model is service contract through the MOH with hourly rate of 207. No overhead.
  • We use Oscar Osp for EMR.
  • There are 2 other physicians and one NP in the clinic.
  • The physicians are supported by a team of RNs, cultural health brokers, social worker and a part time clinical pharmacist.
  • Patients are currently seen by appointment only but we do offer same day appointments for our patients who need urgent help.
