Role and Facility Information
This is an exceptional opportunity to build a thriving longitudinal family practice within a busy, well-established clinic serving a diverse and growing patient population. Our collaborative team currently includes three full-time Family Physicians and an Allergist, providing comprehensive and multidisciplinary patient care in a supportive environment.
The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with both in-office and virtual care options.

Income Potential
Physicians practicing under the BC LFP model can expect competitive earnings, with estimated first-year gross billings ranging from approximately:
$300,000 – $450,000+ annually, depending on schedule and patient volume.
Unique Long-Term Growth Opportunity
Two senior physicians within the clinic are expected to retire within the next five years, creating a significant opportunity for incoming physicians to assume established patient panels and further grow a long-term practice with strong continuity of care.
