Tamarak Medical Group in Cranbrook, BC, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate family physician to join their long-standing family clinic in a newly renovated facility.
About Tamarack Medical Group
We are a warm, welcoming practice of five physicians and two nurse practitioners. Our core principles include:
- Flexible work hours (no on-call requirements)
- High-quality, team-based care with comprehensive support from:
- A chronic disease nurse
- A maternity nurse
- A respiratory therapist
- An occupational therapist
- A mental wellness clinician
- A social worker

Compensation & Benefits

Potential Benefits & Incentives (subject to Rural Subsidiary Agreement eligibility)
• Retention Premium: 14% • Relocation Funding: Up to $12,000 • Recruitment Incentive: $20,000 • Flat Fee Supplement: $21,696/year
Maximum Jan 31, 2025, after which terms may change.
