About The Opportunity
The Medical Clinic is seeking a Family Physician or Specialist (locum or permanent) to join our busy and growing community-based practice in Surrey, BC. We offer a modern, spacious facility and a collaborative team dedicated to preventive, patient-centered care.
Whether you are looking for a short-term locum opportunity or a long-term/permanent position, we’re happy to tailor the arrangement to suit our common goals.
Clinic Features
- 1,500 sq. ft. modern clinic space
- 1 Telehealth Room
- 4 Exam Rooms
- 1 Large Procedure Room
- EMR: Accuro
- Payment Model: Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) model or FFS for specialists. Billing assistance is available if needed.
- Overhead Split: 75/25 (negotiable)
- Clinic Hours: currently Weekdays only, availability for weekends if there is interest

Current Team
- 1 Family Physician (5 days/week)
- 1 General Surgeon (2–4 shifts/week)
- 2 MOAs + Office Manager
- Additional staffing will be added as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Family Physician or Specialist
- Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)
- Interest in collaborative care and preventive medicine
- Comfortable working in a flexible, team-based environment with a growth mindset
- Open to locum, long-term locum, or permanent arrangements
