Family Physician (Full/Part-Time) – Maternity Leave Coverage
About the Role
The Community Health Centre is seeking a full-time or part-time family physician to cover maternity leave starting in July.
The clinic operates:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible accommodation for weekends/after-hours if desired).
- Appointment-based care with same-day urgent appointments available.

Compensation & Model
- Hourly pay: $207/hour through a direct service contract with the Ministry of Health (MOH) (no clinic overhead).
- Uses Oscar Health (OSCAR OSP) for electronic medical records (EMR).
Team & Facility Support
- Clinic size: 2 physicians, 1 NP, supported by:
- RN team
- Cultural health brokers
- Social worker
- Part-time clinical pharmacist
- Medical director: A part-time physician-founder provides full onboarding, orientation, and continuing support for new providers.
