Family Solicitor
Private Family Law Solicitor - (2+ PQE) – Berkshire – Up to £60,000 + Benefits + Bonus
A leading boutique family law firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor in Berkshire to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a Legal 500-recognised practice, advising on high-quality, privately funded matters.
With a strong network of offices across the UK including Berkshire, the firm combines a national reach with a boutique, client-focused approach. As a Family Solicitor, you will advise a broad client base including high-net-worth individuals, professionals and business owners on complex and sensitive family matters such as financial remedy, divorce and private children work, while working closely with senior lawyers who provide ongoing mentoring, training and support.
The Role:
Managing your own caseload of privately funded family matters Advising on divorce, financial remedy and private children work Supporting on complex and high-value cases Drafting court documents, applications and client correspondence Representing clients at hearings and liaising with counsel Building strong and lasting client relationships Supporting business development and networking initiatives Working collaboratively across a multi-office team

The Candidate:
Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in family law Experience handling privately funded family matters Strong technical knowledge of divorce and financial remedy work Confident communicator with excellent client care skills Commercial and empathetic approach Ambitious with a desire to progress within a specialist firm Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team
