Family Solicitor 5 years PQE+ - £55-75K dep on PQE East London – hybrid working.
A leading London law firm is seeking an experienced Private Family Solicitor to join its highly respected and award‑winning family department. The team is known for delivering high‑quality, empathetic and practical advice across all areas of private family law, and the firm continues to be recognised by Chambers UK, The Legal 500 and The Times Top 250 Law Firms.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Family Solicitor who wants to work within a modern, inclusive and forward‑thinking environment while handling a varied caseload of private paying matrimonial financial work including divorce, financial remedies, pre‑nuptial agreements, cohabitation matters and private children cases. To be considered, you must have proven experience in managing family matters including divorce, finances and private children cases, alongside strong technical expertise and excellent client‑care skills.
The role
You will manage your own files while working closely with senior leaders and supporting junior team members. You will provide expert advice and representation, maintain exceptional professional standards, and work collaboratively across the firm’s East London and SW London offices.

About you
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in family law, strong knowledge of financial matters including cohabitation developments, excellent communication skills and a proactive, independent approach to case management.
Resolution accreditation is essential, with advanced accreditations highly desirable. Business development experience is preferred, and you must demonstrate proven experience in managing family matters including divorce, finances and private children cases to thrive in this role.
