Job Title: Family Solicitor

PQE Required: 3+

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

The Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded law firm in Bradford. You will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, advising clients on divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, domestic abuse, prenuptial agreements and other family law matters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake both privately funded and legally aided work, working alongside an experienced family law specialist to deliver practical, straightforward advice and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. The Candidate:

Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and experience managing their own family law caseload. You will possess strong technical knowledge across a broad range of family matters, together with excellent communication and client care skills. Experience undertaking legally aided family work and a sound understanding of Legal Aid procedures would be highly advantageous, although candidates with strong privately funded family law experience are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be organised, empathetic and committed to delivering clear, practical advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances.
