Are you an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) looking to join a supportive and growing law firm?
We're seeking a talented legal professional with strong experience in private family law, particularly divorce matters, to join an expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own varied caseload while playing a key role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
As a Family Solicitor, you'll handle a broad range of privately funded family law matters, providing practical legal advice and exceptional client care throughout every stage of the process.

- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Advising clients on divorce, financial remedy proceedings and child arrangement matters.
- Representing clients at court hearings where required.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the ongoing development of the Family Law department.
About You
You'll be:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
- Ideally 3–5 years' PQE in private family law (applications from more experienced candidates are also welcomed).
- Experienced in handling divorce matters, financial settlements and child arrangements.
- A confident communicator with strong advocacy and client care skills.
- Comfortable managing your own caseload independently.
