Family Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, GBP 50,000+ (DOE)
A new opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to become part of a well-established and expanding Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding client service and is looking to further their career within a supportive and progressive firm.

The Role
- You will manage your own varied caseload, advising and representing clients across a broad spectrum of family law matters.
- Your caseload will include Divorce and dissolution proceedings, Financial settlements and remedy applications, Cohabitation and property disputes, Separation agreements, and Private children matters.
- You will be responsible for progressing matters efficiently from initial instruction through to conclusion, maintaining excellent client care throughout and ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm procedures.

Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Family Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
- Have the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Be confident in building strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication.
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative team while also using their own initiative.
- Be committed to delivering high-quality legal services with attention to detail.
