Associate Family Solicitor
Manchester, 4 Days WFH
Up to £48,000 DOE
Sellick Partnership is seeking NQ - 4 years PQE Family Solicitors to join one of the largest legal services in the UK, with offices nationwide and offering great career progression. You would be working out of their Manchester office, handling a variety of cases, with a predominant focus on divorce and matrimonial matters, as well as some private childcare matters. This is a great opportunity to join a business with a clear development pathway and achievable chargeable hours.
The Role
The Family Solicitor will be required to:
- Take forward a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters, with a strong focus on matrimonial finance cases, divorce, and some private childcare
- Support other members of the business
- Advise and represent clients on all aspects of family law
- Negotiate settlements and liaise effectively with clients, counsel, and other professionals
