The Role

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a highly regarded Family team as a Partner. You will advise high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of complex family matters, including financial remedy proceedings, Schedule 1 Children Act applications, international family law, and jurisdictional disputes, including Part III claims. You will take the lead on complex matters, supervise and develop junior lawyers, manage key client relationships, and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the department. This is a strategic appointment for an ambitious lawyer looking to make a significant impact within a collaborative and forward-thinking Top 100 law firm.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from candidates with 10+ years PQE and significant experience in complex financial remedy and international family matters. You will have excellent client relationship and business development skills, with a proven ability to generate new instructions.

Experience in Private Law Children matters and ADR, including mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law, would be advantageous. You will also have strong leadership skills, experience mentoring junior lawyers, and an established network of professional contacts within the London market, together with an existing client following or a strong business case for developing one.
