Family Support Worker
Shropshire Council,
Targeted Early Help is recruiting to a Family Support Worker post in South Shropshire, to be based in the Ludlow Hub Locality.
The Role
The role of the Family Support Worker is to support families at all stages. The successful candidate will work directly with children, young people and their families to promote, strengthen and develop the potential of parents/carers and their children to manage the challenges they face.
