Family Support Worker
Shropshire Council,
Targeted Early Help is recruiting to a Family Support Worker post in South Shropshire, to be based in the Ludlow Hub Locality.
The Role
The role of the Family Support Worker is to support families at all stages. The successful candidate will work directly with children, young people and their families to promote, strengthen and develop the potential of parents/carers and their children to manage the challenges they face. This will include:

They will manage a caseload and take the role of Lead Professional, assessing the needs of family and creating and co-ordinating a multi-agency Family Plan of support to ensure that families, some with complex needs, get the right service at the right time.
