Job Description

Family Time Worker | Salary £25,989 - £28,142 Per Annum | Full time, Permanent | 37 Hours | Early Help Service | Lancaster

Are you experienced in working with children, young people and families? Do you have the confidence to build positive relationships, manage challenging situations sensitively, and support families through difficult times?

As a Family Time Worker, you will supervise and facilitate Family Time sessions between children and their parents or carers, helping to ensure safe, meaningful and positive contact. Working closely with Social Workers and Family Support Workers, you will observe and record interactions, contribute to care planning, and support parents to strengthen their relationships with their children.
