Position: Retail Sales Assistant - GLOBAL FLAGSHIP STORE

Location: Regent Street, CENTRAL LONDON

Salary: £14.25 per hour plus store bonus

Contract: Full Time – Permanent

Must Have:

  • An avid interest in sports - football is essential but broad sports is preferred.

About You:

  • Affinity for Collectibles & Brand: A genuine interest in trading cards, collectibles, and sports memorabilia, with a strong understanding of the market and products.
  • Customer Experience Champion: Previous experience in retail or customer services, with a proven ability to generate excitement around the brand / products capitalizing people’s curiosity and converting into brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales.
  • Product Knowledge: An eagerness for learning and a commitment to get to pro level as quickly as possible. Possess an understanding of market trends and able to speak about products from a position of experience.
  • Sales Oriented: A results-driven mindset with the motivation to meet and exceed sales targets while promoting brand awareness.
  • Team Player Attitude: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing positively to the overall store environment and helping to achieve shared goals.

The Role:

  • Customer Engagement: Foster a vibrant and welcoming in-store atmosphere that speaks to the heart of card collecting creating a hub for the card collecting community.
  • Educate Customers: Inform customers about the various trading cards and collectible ranges, helping them understand product features and benefits.
  • Drive Sales: Convert customer curiosity into sales through authentic, engaging, and informative interactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Deliver detailed and expert product knowledge around trading cards and collectibles.
