The Role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Outdoor Pig Farming Operations in the Glamis area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work and is open to learning. While experience in agriculture is an advantage, it is not essential as we will provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in your role.

Due to the rural locations of our farms, having your own transport is essential.

  • Monday to Thursday, 07:00-16:00
  • Friday, 07:00-15:00

Weekend work required on a rota basis.

Every third Thursday, 04:00-13:00 (start time with seasonal variability).

Salary

£13.00 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with pigs on an outdoor unit, including feeding, moving, serving, and handling.
  • Maintain and uphold the highest standards of animal welfare.
  • Follow Health and Safety procedures and support management in fostering a positive safety culture.
  • Maintain the overall appearance and condition of the farm.
  • Safely and effectively operate farm machinery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
